Mouthwatering Launches

For starters, the Black Barbecue Collection line is full of new launches. The difference is the stainless steel blades darkened due to the vibratory finish and black oxidation, which give the line its charm. The blades have FSC® certified wooden handles and stainless steel rivets. From the same line, the multipurpose grapple is ideal for shredding meat, but it also serves as a support for cutting different food items. The pair of multipurpose ABS grapples is for those looking for versatility. Durable and resistant, it has an anatomical design that helps when shredding and cutting meat or tossing and serving salads. Its handling is very comfortable and supports up to 90 °C (194 °F) of temperature.

New Releases at Tramontina Factories

In the first half of the year, Tramontina Cutelaria (RS) completed two construction works in the Starflon Division. The Reception 2 - Starflon Division, with 370 m² of built-up area, destined for trucks, improving flow and access controls, and the expansion of 7,860 m² of built-up area in the Disc Preparation sector, doubling its area. The pavilion already has part of the area with a height of 18 meters for future placement of an automated storage system. The entire pavilion follows the concepts of ventilation and natural lighting, saving energy.
